Parenting Support Program

Free, evidence-based workshops and one-to-one coaching

Practical guidance for confident, connected parenting

Our free Parenting Support Program is open to every parent, grandparent and carer raising children aged 0–12 in the Taree, Forster and Gloucester communities. Through evidence-based workshops and personalised support, we give you the skills, strategies and encouragement to navigate the highs and lows of family life—so you can help your children thrive.

Why Parenting Support Program Helps

Parenting can be equal parts joy and overwhelm. Our program delivers practical, research-backed tools that cut through daily stress, strengthen parent–child bonds, and connect you with a local network of supportive carers. By understanding what drives your child’s behaviour and learning calm, confident responses, you create a more secure, harmonious home where everyone can thrive.
