About Us
Helping Families Across Taree & Districts
Our four key pillars—Wattle Tree Care’s specialised home-based support, Five Star Family Day Care’s quality early learning, free evidence-based parenting programs and Communities for Children initiatives—work together to nurture children, empower parents and strengthen connections across our region.

Who We Are
Child Care Services Taree & Districts (CCSTD) is a community-owned, not-for-profit organisation delivering high-quality, home-based early learning and care across Taree, Great Lakes and Gloucester.
Our passionate team supports families through Five Star Family Day Care, Wattle Tree Care, our NDIS-registered disability services and evidence-based parenting programs under the Communities for Children banner. Guided by our mission to nurture every child’s potential and driven by values of inclusivity, integrity and quality—we work hand in hand with local families to build a stronger, more connected Mid North Coast community.
Our Team
Our team at CCSTD brings together experienced educators, dedicated NDIS coordinators and passionate community facilitators, all united by a shared commitment to quality, inclusivity and local support. From our Wattle Tree Care specialists to our Five Star Family Day Care team and parenting program leaders, each member works collaboratively to ensure every child and family feels valued, empowered and connected.
Our Mission
To partner with families across Taree, Great Lakes and Gloucester by delivering high-quality family day care, inclusive NDIS supports and evidence-based parenting programs that nurture every child’s potential and strengthen our community.
Our Vision
A Mid North Coast where every child thrives in safe, enriching care and every family feels supported, connected and confident. Together, we aim to build a region that celebrates diversity, champions lifelong learning, and grows stronger through shared community support.

Our Values
Guided by five core principles—Child-centred, Inclusive, Community-led, Quality-driven, and Integrity—we make every decision with children’s best interests at heart, welcome all backgrounds, collaborate with our community, pursue excellence, and act with transparency.
Our Impact
We strengthen families with practical support, empower children through engaging, play-based learning, and advance NDIS participants by delivering inclusive, goal-focused programs—building a more connected and confident Mid North Coast.
